Welcome
to the Lameroo Hawks Website. Lameroo is situated 200 kilometres
East of Adelaide.
The
Hawk's Guernsey is black with gold markings and a gold hawk
prominently featured on the front, accompanied by black shorts
for home games, white shorts for away games and black & gold
hoop socks. We currently field A & B grade, Senior Colts (U16),
Junior Colts (U13) & AUSKICK.
We
consider ourselves to be a highly successful club both on
and off the field. The Lameroo Football Club has a long and
proud history dating from its establishment in 1910 in The
Pinnaroo Football Association.
A major factor which sets Lameroo apart from its rivals is that
it has arguably the best facilities in the now Mallee Football
League. Our club will continue to source opportunities which
enhance our profile in The Mallee Football League, develop the
game of football and provide unique opportunities for our players
and members alike through their involvement with The Lameroo
Football Club. We continue to strive to be our best, both on
and off the field.
The
Lameroo Hawks are affiliated with The Mallee Football League
along with Karoonda, Murrayville, Peake & Districts, Border
Downs Tintinara, & Pinnaroo.
The
Lameroo Hawks welcome all new players and supporters to the
club and even some old faces we welcome back. Good luck to all
grades of footy in 2011 and may it be the year of the Hawk (Again).
